The Fourth Grade Curriculum consists of:
• Reading-primary focus is on comprehension, vocabulary, and building fluency
• English-building grammar through the understanding of sentence structure
• Vocabulary/Spelling- Strong focus on word meaning and usage with the ability to spell the vocabulary word
• Math-word problems, basic geometry and measuring skills, pre-algebra, fractions, sequencing, and learning multiplication/division
• Social Studies-regions of the United States and Pa History
• Science-space/earth science
